We provide shipping services to mainland China , Hong Kong, Macau, and major global destinations. All orders are processed through certified cross-border logistics networks to ensure secure and compliant customs clearance.
l Mainland China: Free shipping on orders over ¥399; standard fee of ¥15 applies below threshold.
l Hong Kong / Macau: Free shipping on orders over HK$299; standard fee of HK$25 applies below threshold.
l International Shipping: Rates dynamically calculated by destination, weight, and volume — displayed at checkout.
l Oversized Items (e.g., coats, long dresses): Additional ¥20 / HK$30 handling fee automatically applied.
Pursuant to PRC Customs regulations, duties, VAT, and consumption taxes on cross-border retail imports are borne by the recipient. As an e-commerce platform, we are legally obligated to declare and prepay these taxes on your behalf; the final amount will be clearly displayed during checkout. Any additional fees due to inaccurate declaration are the sole responsibility of the customer.
l Delivery Acceptance: Inspect package upon receipt. If outer packaging is damaged, refuse delivery and contact customer service immediately.
l Refusal of Delivery: If refused for personal reasons, a ¥50 / HK$60 return handling fee will be deducted from refund; remaining amount returned via original payment method.
l Address Changes: Modify delivery address via your account before shipment. Changes are not permitted once the order has been dispatched — a new order must be placed.
l Delayed Delivery: If an order exceeds the promised timeline by 7 days, we will proactively contact you and issue a ¥20 no-minimum coupon as compensation.
l Stalled Tracking: If tracking remains unchanged for over 48 hours, customer service will investigate and respond with a solution within 24 hours.
l Wrong/Missing Items: Upon confirmation, we will immediately dispatch a replacement and cover all return and reshipment costs.
We partner with SF Express, DHL Express, Hong Kong Post, and certified cross-border logistics providers to ensure efficient and secure delivery. All packages include fully trackable tracking numbers.
