These Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the fashion e-commerce platform operated by Hong Kong Huameicard Technology Limited (hereinafter “Website”). By registering, browsing, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions herein. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and our company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; revised versions shall be posted on the Website and shall take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of such changes.

You agree to:

l Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information;

l Use your account solely for personal, non-commercial purposes; no resale, transfer, or third-party authorization is permitted;

l Refrain from posting any illegal, infringing, false, obscene, or inflammatory content;

l Prohibit the use of bots, crawlers, or automated tools to scrape or extract Website data;

Comply with all applicable local and international laws, including intellectual property and consumer protection statutes.

 

l All product information (including images, descriptions, and pricing) is for reference only; actual availability and pricing are subject to order confirmation;

l An order submitted and successfully paid constitutes a legally binding contract of sale;

l We reserve the right to cancel orders during processing due to inventory errors, pricing mistakes, or force majeure, with full refund issued;

l All transactions are settled in Dollars (USD); exchange rates are determined by the payment gateway at the time of transaction;

l Payment methods include credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Palpal; all payment data is protected via SSL encryption.

l 7-day no-questions-asked returns are permitted from the date of delivery (items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging);

l Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or materially misdescribed;

l Quality issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery with photographic evidence and approved by customer service;

l Exchanges are limited to the same item in different size or color; cross-category exchanges are not allowed;

l Refunds will be processed via original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

All content on this Website (including text, images, trademarks, logos, and designs) is protected under the Copyright Ordinance of Hong Kong, the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, and international intellectual property conventions. Any reproduction, transmission, modification, or commercial use without written permission constitutes infringement.

We strictly comply with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). Your personal data is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and optional marketing (you may opt out at any time). Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, regardless of the user’s jurisdiction of residence.
